Murray County Medical Center (MCMC) is a county-owned 25-bed critical access hospital located in Slayton, MN. Recognized for patient satisfaction in the U.S., MCMC offers family medicine and clinic services, emergency care and provides many outreach services from visiting specialists.

MEDICAL INSURANCE PLAN
Our employees are offered a medical insurance plan through Preferred One. In addition, we also offer HSA and FSA options to help employees meet qualified medical, dental, or vision expenses.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)
Here at MCMC, we provide a voluntary program for our employees to assist them with their everyday life. This program offers short-term, no cost counseling services for our employees and their family members.
PAID TIME OFF & HOLIDAYS
While we're your family away from home, here at MCMC we understand the importance of spending time with loved ones. We observe six regular paid holidays each year for all employees along with competitive paid time off for full-time staff members.

PUBLIC EMPLOYEE RETIREMENT ASSOCIATION (PERA)
As a public entity, MCMC provides PERA retirement plans for our employees. Employees are required to contribute 6.5% of wages and we contribute 7.5%. Employees are considered fully vested after 5 years.
