THE WELLNESS CENTER, DOWNTOWN SLAYTON, PROVIDES CARDIO EQUIPMENT, CIRCUIT TRAINING, AND WEIGHTS

Get your sweat on with access to some of the latest workout equipment including:

  • Full complement of high quality cardio (Life Fitness)

  • Circuit training (Hoist)

  • Free weights

Wellness Center equipment is designed to provide body conditioning as well as therapeutic exercise.

Enjoy this fully furnished workout environment with clean shower facilities and restrooms.

The Steve Cohrs Wellness Center is a secure facility with access by membership key-card only. All memberships must be prepaid and are non-transferable.

​

If you have any questions, personal training is available with an athletic trainer and physical therapy is available to answer any questions you may have Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
