No appointment is necessary for laboratory outpatient care. Your health care provider can give you an order or send one to us in Slayton.

If you have an out-of-town provider, they can fax a copy of your order to 507.836.6787. We will draw your labs and get the results back to your provider!

All blood products we use here are provided by the Community Blood Bank. Any blood product that is unavailable in our blood bank can be obtained from another hospital or the main blood bank in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, at any time, all year long.
