Meet the Team:
Luke Schryvers, CEO
Luke is the Chief Executive Officer for the Murray County Medical Center in Slayton, MN where he has served since December 2020. Before joining MCMC, Luke served as the Administrator of the Minnesota Veterans Home in Luverne, MN.
Luke received both his Bachelor of Business Administration and his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota (Vermillion, SD).
Luke is active in the Slayton community where he lives with his wife and three children.
Justin Keller, CIO
Since joining MCMC in 2009, Justin Keller has been an IT leader focused on connecting systems, streamlining processes, and turning technology into a true enabler of organizational success. His passion is interoperability—bringing platforms, people, and workflows together so teams can work more efficiently and stay focused on what matters most.
With experience spanning consulting, programming, and leadership, Justin Keller brings both strategic vision and hands-on expertise to every challenge. He is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, a foundation that complements his practical, forward-looking approach to technology leadership. He stays ahead of emerging trends and translates them into practical, scalable solutions aligned with business goals. His focus is simple: make technology work better for organizations and the people they serve.
Justin returned to his hometown of Slayton after beginning his career in Denver, CO and spending two years in Eagan, MN. He enjoys spending time with his family and pets.
Robyn VanHeuvelen, CFO
Mara Mouw, HR Director
Mara is the Human Resources Director. She has been part of Murray County Medical Center since July 2023. Before joining MCMC she worked in HR for 5+ years.
Mara has her Bachelor's Degree in Humans Resource Management and her Associates Degree in Administrative Assistant from Dordt University (Sioux Center, IA).
Mara lives near Edgerton, MN, where her and her husband ranch, train horses, and raise their three children.
