INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUALS NEEDING COPIES OF THEIR MEDICAL RECORDS
Murray County Medical Center’s Health Information Management (HIM) team manages all patient health records. Our HIM team also maintains records and statistics (e.g. death certificates) and processes all requests to release your personal and private information.
