  • Pay at the time of service and your results will be mailed to you within five business days.

All lab tests below are part of Direct Access Labs and available at a discounted price. All year long.

BMP (Basic Metabolic Panel)


BUN, Calcium, Carbon Dioxide, Chloride, Creatinine, Glucose, Potassium, Sodium. Checks kidney function, electrolyte balance and amount of sugar in blood.

CBC (Complete Blood Count)


Provides common blood cell tests and aids in the diagnosis of anemia and infection.

CMP (Comprehensive Metabolic Panel)


Includes tests in basic metabolic as well as Albumin, Alkaline phosphatase, Total Bilirubin, AST, ALT and Total Protein. Checks kidney function, liver function, electrolyte balance, pancreas, bone function and amount of sugar in the blood.

Drug Screen, Urine


Detects various drugs in the urine.

Glucose (12 hour fast)


Blood sugar. Used to screen for diabetes.

Glycated Hemoglobin A1C


Monitors diabetes. Used to screen for and/or diagnose diabetes or pre-diabetes.



Aids in diagnosing anemia.

Liver Function Panel


Albumin, Alkaline phosphatase, Total Bilirubin, Direct Bilirubin, AST, ALT, Total Protein Checks liver function.

Lipid Panel (12 hour fast)


Includes Cholesterol, Triglyceride, HDL and LDL. This is good test for heart and blood vessels that checks both good and bad cholesterol.

PSA (Prostatic Specific Antigen)


Prostatic Specific Antigen is a protein made only in the prostate and is used to screen for prostate cancer or to monitor treatment of prostate cancer.

Type and Rh


Provides your blood type.

T4, Free


Checks the thyroid gland function to help diagnose hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone)


Checks the thyroid gland function to help diagnose hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism.

Thyroid Panel


Includes both TSH and Free T4.



Screens for metabolic and kidney disorders and for urinary tract infections.

Vitamin D


Checks for Vitamin D deficiency which may lead to a number of serious health issues including osteoporosis, migraine, pain and depression.

Electrolyte Panel


Includes Sodium, Potassium, Chloride, CO2
